1. Data minimisation

We store only what is required to connect two collectors for a peer-to-peer deal: your username, email address, country code, and any optional social or contact handles you choose to add (Discord, Instagram, WhatsApp, contact email).

Listing and vault records store the card, condition, variant, price and photos you upload yourself. We do not collect payment details, because we never process payments.

2. How your data is used

Account data powers sign-in, your public profile, offers and the deal room. Contact handles are revealed to a counterparty only once a deal reaches the agreed stage.

Transactional emails (offer notifications, account emails) are sent only in connection with your activity on the platform.

3. Card audits stay on your device

The PSA Pre-Grader processes your card photos entirely in your browser using HTML5 Canvas. Audit images are never uploaded to our servers unless you deliberately attach them to a listing.

4. No data selling

Your personal data is never sold, rented or traded to third parties. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) strictly to operate the service.

5. Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your account, listings and vault data at any time from your settings. Deletion removes your public profile, listings and vault entries.

As an EU-focused service we respect GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. Requests can be made from settings or by contacting us.

6. Cookies and storage

We use local browser storage for your session and interface preferences. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
