1. Platform status

PullMarket.eu is an independent peer-to-peer discovery and market intelligence terminal for Pokémon TCG collectors in Europe. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, PSA, or Cardmarket.

Pricing shown on the platform is indicative market intelligence derived from public benchmarks. It is not a valuation, an appraisal, or a guarantee of sale price.

2. Zero platform fees and non-escrow disclosure

PullMarket charges 0% on listings, offers and completed deals. We do not process payments, hold funds, or provide escrow of any kind.

All payments, shipping arrangements, insurance and dispute resolution happen directly between the individual buyer and seller. PullMarket is never a party to a transaction and carries no liability for losses, non-delivery, counterfeit goods, or misrepresented condition.

3. User responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing photos, condition descriptions, grading claims and pricing, and for fulfilling any deal they agree to in the deal room.

You must be legally able to sell the items you list, and you must comply with the laws and tax obligations of your country of residence.

Pre-grade audit results from the PSA Pre-Grader are an estimate generated on your own device. They are not an official grade and carry no guarantee about the outcome of any grading submission.

4. Accounts and conduct

One account per collector. Fraudulent listings, harassment, scam attempts, or repeated failure to complete agreed deals may lead to removal of listings and termination of the account.

You may request deletion of your account, listings and vault data at any time from your settings.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
